The crew were awesome. Nice friendly introduction and Thomas (foreman) was top notch with the site layout and going over the planned fence line, giving some great possible suggestions. They worked tirelessly through a very hot and humid 2 days, frequently interrupted by torrential downpours. Throughout I was kept informed of how they were progressing, not hourly but frequent enough to plan my time.

The area I reside in is one of the most rocky I have ever experienced and the crew were exceptional in getting the posts in.
I had cleared the proposed fence line and made sure the work site was clean since I have two dogs and I must say they cleaned every scrap of wire, fence material and wraps equally well.

The last step they performed was to touch up any bare metal or scratched areas with a can of spray paint matching the green chain link fence.

My wife and I are very pleased with the entire experience. We met the sales rep last summer, received the quote, and then decided we wanted to wait until the spring to have the fence installed. No problem. We tentatively scheduled the week of March 20th with the installation manager. At the time I figured, “what are the odds of that actually working out?”.

In early March I was contacted in anticipation of the start on March 20th. The install team showed up as scheduled, first thing in the morning, and after quickly discussing where the fence would go and making a few decisions, they got hard to work. Our neighbourhood is particularly rocky, and they had some challenges driving the poles, especially one stubborn spot. I would’ve been swearing my head off if it’d been me working on it, but they were 100% professional. By the middle of day 2 they had driven all of the poles, with 1 supported by concrete. Then the fence went up quickly over the next couple of days.

We are very happy with the fence. It gives us the privacy we were hoping for, it looks great, and is extremely well built. Plus everyone we dealt with, including the sales rep, install manager, and install team, were excellent. I’ll certainly be happy to recommend Eastern Fence to anyone who asks.

Extremely knowledgeable, always available for all my questions and great communication as well as flexibility when my own schedule doesn't.
